Hey, I’m Vicky, welcome to my little corner of www.travelshunt.com. and I guess this is the place where I tell you about how I’m fixated on investigating the world, meeting astonishing individuals, and getting as lost as conceivable with my camera.

Just Walking in Parvati River

Picturesque landscapes of the valley to pleasant riverside make this place perfect to visit. The place is scenic enough to make your friends jealous, trust me when I say that. I got lots of DMs

Visit Manikaran Sahib

Manikaran is built in between the two rivers – Beans and Parvati. The place welcomes thousands of devotees throughout the year, Hindu and Sikh

If you are visiting this place, make sure that you take a dip in this holy water. It is believed that it washes away all your sins (I’m not making this up).

Don’t forget Langar, it’s tasty and delicious.

Take a Long Walk to Malana or Tosh

Malana is popular for its unique culture and temples like Jamlu Devta. The people of this place are silent and quiet. Why? Well, people here believe themselves to be the descendants of Aryans and the purity of their race would be hampered by interaction with outsiders. Weird right?

Let me tell you one shocking thing, a visitor in Malana cannot touch their wall. If they did, then they’re gonna watch their walls with the blood of a buffalo. Shocking right?

Having said that, the village is beautiful and it is often called little Greece.

Trek to KheerGanga

Trek to Kheer Ganga is around 9 km, 4-hour steep climb on narrow trails. It is probably one of the easiest things to do in kasol.

When you finally reach the lush green meadow, you will find the geothermal springs as an answer to all your hard work and prayer.
Lie in the hot bath for an amazing soothing experience and take the fun of the breathtaking beauty. KheerGanga Trek is one of the best things to do in Kasol, believe me.

Go for Israeli Food

Apart from having a breathtaking paradise, Kasol is also popular for its great food. You can see the influence of Israeli food on the Hebrew inscribed signboards and abundantly available Israeli food.

If you don’t want any fancy things, Kasol streetside cafes are for your savior. But, do try the Turquoise Kaspl and The Evergreen food for the taste of Israeli food.

Shopping

Stroll to the local market to get some souvenirs for your friends and family. The market of Kasol sells some amazing items like semi-precious stones, pendants, and other trinkets.

You can get some Bob Marley T-shirts to abound alongside that of Lord Shiva, both pot-smoking icons

Tosh Village

Tosh is a village destination in Kasol and a great place to visit in Kasol. One easy way to reach Tosh is by trekking up the hill and seeing the sight of the amazing township in Kasol. If you are not in the mood for a trek, then you can just take a cab.

There are numerous cafes in Tosh with amazing Israeli and European cuisine. You will also notice a European influence.

Tirthan Valley

Tirthan Valley is another place to visit in Kasol with amazing views, no concrete roads. You can relax beside the river and trek through the jungle to discover a waterfall in the midway.

If you want to enjoy your vacation, go to Tirthan valley.

Dirt Cheap

One best thing about Kasol is that it’s cheap and affordable. You can get a decent room for two would cost somewhere around 100-1200 per day. If you are traveling in a group, the cost gets split up even further.

There are some great options for solo visitors as well like Airbnbs.

Stoner paradise

If you know what I mean, yet another top reason to visit this place. I believe, by now you are already packing your bags for kasol. Before doing that, plan your trip accordingly after the lockdown is over.
